Second verse, same as the first! Technically this is a tunic and not a dress. One of the advantages of being 5’3” is that I can wear shirts as dresses. Score! Oh this is really adorable. I wonder if I could pull something like this off. Don’t worry about “pulling it off.” Just do it! It’s the best way to become comfortable with yourself. A year ago I would’ve NEVER worn something like this (meaning something showing my legs). I think you can pull anything off if you have a bit of confidence.
